02 · Offer — Our team assesses your piece and returns a private, competitive valuation, with our honest recommendation.
03 · Agree — A simple consignment agreement sets the price, commission and terms in writing; we provide secure shipping or hand-over instructions.
04 · Listed — Your piece is authenticated, professionally photographed, listed and presented to our collector network.
05 · Paid — Once it sells, your proceeds are sent within the agreed timeframe. Quietly done.
What we welcome
Brand new or gently used luxury pieces in excellent condition — designer bags first and foremost, alongside fine shoes, accessories and watches. Hermès, Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Rolex, Patek Philippe and pieces of similar standing are always warmly received; limited editions are welcome when pristine. Original packaging, tags and receipts are preferred where available — completeness lifts what buyers will pay. We cannot accept heavily worn or damaged goods, and counterfeit items are declined without exception.

Preparing your piece — three tips that raise valuations
- Gather the full set. Box, dust bag, clochette, keys, cards, receipts — completeness meaningfully lifts your offer.
- Photograph honestly. Hardware, serial or stamp, corners and interior, in daylight. Honest photos speed the valuation and build buyer trust.
- Leave cleaning to us. Well-meant home treatments are the most common cause of avoidable value loss. A soft dry cloth — nothing more.
