Our preferred method for fine pieces — secure, traceable and fee-light. Full account details are issued with your written confirmation, never by chat alone.
PayNow
For clients in Singapore — instant, secure and effortless. Confirmed with a written record, as every payment is.
Card
Secured card payment is available for eligible listings — ideal for swift, protected checkout. Your advisor confirms eligibility per piece.
How a purchase unfolds
- 1 · Confirm. You confirm the piece with your advisor. An order is confirmed once we issue a formal acknowledgement — with the price, currency and details in writing.
- 2 · Pay securely. By bank transfer, PayNow or card — whichever suits you. Full payment is received before dispatch or handover, protecting both sides.
- 3 · Dispatched. Your piece is given a final check and dispatched within 2–3 working days. See delivery.
Deposits & reservations
For sourced pieces, reservations and pre-orders, a deposit secures the piece exclusively for you. Two things to know, plainly: deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and full payment is due within 3 days of the deposit — after which the reservation lapses and the deposit is forfeited. Your advisor will always confirm these terms in writing before you place one. If a sourced piece turns out to be unavailable from our partners, you are notified and any payment is refunded.
Currency
Prices are based in SGD. The conversions shown on the site are live and indicative — helpful for browsing, but the exact payable amount in your currency is always confirmed in writing before you pay, so there are never surprises.
Payment safety — worth thirty seconds
- We only ever ask for payment against a written confirmation bearing our details. Treat any request to “change bank accounts” mid-purchase as fraud, and call us.
- We never ask for card numbers over chat or email — secured links only.
- Verify you are speaking with us: our official WhatsApp (+65 8085 3114) and email are on the contact page. Chat confirmations and payment records form part of your official transaction record — keep them.
