Timing
- Preparation — items in our Singapore stock are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment received, after a final condition check.
- Singapore — complimentary local delivery for eligible orders. Special delivery arrangements can often be made on request.
- International — express courier to most destinations across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, the US and Australia; shipping fees are confirmed with you before payment.
- Sourced & pre-order pieces — timelines vary with the piece's location and verification; your advisor confirms the expected timing before you commit.
The packing ritual
Your piece travels the way it deserves: shaped and stuffed, hardware wrapped, dust-bagged, boxed where the original box is included, then cushioned inside plain outer packaging. Minor marks or creases on outer packaging (paper boxes, ribbons, carriers) can occur in handling and transit and are not considered defects — the piece itself is what we protect.
Risk, insurance & peace of mind
In line with industry practice, title and risk pass to the buyer once a parcel is handed to the courier. Shipping insurance is not automatically included — if you would like your shipment insured in transit, tell your advisor before dispatch and we will help arrange it, or you may arrange cover independently. Should anything ever go wrong in transit, we will provide full documentation to support a claim with the carrier.
Duties & taxes
Import duties, VAT and local taxes, where applicable, are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility — they are collected by customs, not by us. Tell us your destination before you commit and we will advise the likely charges, so the full cost is clear from the start.
When your piece arrives
- Inspect the parcel on arrival — if anything looks wrong, photograph it before opening further.
- Please report any issue within 24 hours of delivery, with photos or unboxing video where possible — it protects you and speeds any resolution.
- Keep every element: box, dust bag, tags, our documentation. The full set protects future value.
